Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is the operator of AddsUpAbroad identified on our Contact page, established in the Czech Republic (European Union). Contact: hello@addsupabroad.com.
What we collect and why
- Email address — to send what you asked for: the four thresholds, the optional change alert, the optional brokers list, your order emails and your report.
- Questionnaire answers (benefit amount, savings, household, current health cover, countries of interest) — only to prepare your report and, if you subscribed, to re-run it when rules change.
- Payment details — handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Basic usage data — pages viewed and buttons clicked, to measure whether this service is worth launching. If advertising measurement (Meta Pixel) is active, Meta receives page-view and click events from this site. We do not send your questionnaire answers to any advertising platform.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not pass your details to insurance brokers, lawyers, real-estate agents or anyone else. If you ask for the brokers list, you receive a list; nobody receives you.
Who processes data for us
Stripe (payments), our email and form provider, our web host, and Meta (advertising measurement, only if active). Some of them are located in the United States.
How long we keep it
- Questionnaire answers and reports: 12 months after delivery, or until your monitoring subscription ends, whichever is later — then deleted.
- Email-only sign-ups: until you unsubscribe or 12 months without contact.
- Invoices and payment records: as long as Czech accounting law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time for a copy of your data, for a correction, or for deletion, and you can unsubscribe with one click from any email. We answer within 30 days. Wherever you live, we apply the same rights; residents of the EU also have the right to complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
