Terms of Service

1. Who we are

AddsUpAbroad is operated by the sole trader identified on our Contact page (“we”, “us”). By ordering you agree to these terms.

2. What we sell

A written, personal calculation that places the figures you give us against published official requirements for retirement residency in Mexico, Spain, Portugal and Panama: income and savings thresholds, tax treatment of retirement income, health-insurance costs and currency risk. Every figure in the report shows its source and the date we checked it.

It is information, not advice. We are not immigration lawyers, tax advisors or financial advisors. We do not recommend that you apply for any visa, buy any product or move anywhere. Requirements vary between consulates and change without notice; the consulate or authority handling your case has the final word. Please take the result to a qualified professional before you act on it.

3. Ordering, price and delivery

  • The founding price of the calculation is US$97, charged once at checkout through Stripe. The regular price will be US$179.
  • Within one business day of your order we email you a short questionnaire. We deliver the report by email within 14 days of receiving your completed answers.
  • The report is for your personal use.

4. Monitoring subscription

  • Monitoring is optional and costs US$12 per month.
  • Billing starts only when your report is delivered, never before. We email you a reminder before the first monthly charge.
  • While the subscription is active we re-run your calculation when a threshold, tax rule or exchange rate that affects it changes in a country on your shortlist, and send you the new figures.
  • It renews monthly until you cancel. You can cancel at any time with the link in any email from us or by writing to hello@addsupabroad.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid; there is no cancellation fee.

5. Refunds

See our Refund Policy. In short: a full refund, no questions asked, at any point before your report is delivered.

6. Accuracy and liability

We build each report by hand from official publications and check every figure on the date shown. If we get a figure wrong, tell us and we will correct the report free of charge or refund it. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected with the service is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law where you live.

7. Your information

We use what you send us only to prepare your report and, if you subscribed, to monitor changes for you. We do not sell it and we do not pass it to brokers, agents or advertisers. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic, where the operator is established. This does not take away any protection given to you by the mandatory consumer law of the place where you live.

9. Changes and contact

If we change these terms, the new version applies to orders placed after the date at the top of the page. Questions: hello@addsupabroad.com.
